The Department of Biochemistry of St Thomas College Palai (Autonomous), organizes the 3rd International Conference on “Traditional and Alternative Medicine” (ICTAM-2024). The event is planned to be held on the 8 and 9 of October 2024.
The conference is aimed at exploring the future of Alternative Medicine by focusing on the latest research and scientific breakthroughs made in the world of Alternative Medicine and at the same time, creating a platform for gathering all leading scientists, researchers, and students where they can share their knowledge of the subject. During the course of the two-day conference, we will be discussing the current research findings in the fields of Ayurveda, Herbal Therapy, Siddha, Homeopathy, Ethno Pharmacology, conservation of medicinal plants, and many more exciting areas like Nanomedicine, Personalised medicine and Precision medicine.
Due to the limited number of seats, admission to the programs will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
An oral/poster presentation competition will also be held on topics related to Ayurveda, Siddha, Homeopathy, Phytomedicine, and Ethnobotany. The winners will receive the prestigious Bishop Vayalil Memorial Award ,Platinum Jubilee Award and Padma Shri P.R Krishnakumar Memorial award
Both oral and poster presenters must submit their abstracts on or before 25 September 2024 via email ([email protected]). Selected presenters will be notified by email.
